Poteng Mountain in Singkawang City, West Kalimantan Province

The locals gave the name based on the shape of the top of the mountain, which is similar to a nipple, after all.

For those coming from Pontianak City, they can directly head to Poteng Mountain by any available local transportation service. Their prime destination is Singkawang Timur Sub-District. Next, they can simply reach Pajintan Village and conduct trekking to the mountain. This whole trip may take around 3 hours and 16 minutes, as the distance is 162 km. For a faster trip, it is recommended to take Ahmad Yani Street.
